Patients who already were administered eye surgery

Keratoconus patients

Patients having eye problems such as intraocular pressure and cataract The laser must not be applied

Initial examination and analysis

Initial examination includes a series of detailed analysis to schedule most appropriate and most reliable treatment method and is a preparation stage which is at least as important as the surgery itself.  If you use contact lens before you apply for initial examination, you should give up using your contact lens for a period at least 1 week (ideally 3 weeks) for soft contact lens and 3 weeks for rigid or semi rigid contact lens.

Examination and analysis stages stated below are applied in sequence for all refractive surgery and excimer laser patients of us.

1.  Stage, Analysis

Topographic map of cornea (front transparent layer of eye) is determined in detail using Eye-sys, Topolaser and Orbscan analysis.

Cornea thickness is measured by pachymeter. Cornea thickness is an important parameter as much as your eye number in the selection of surgical method to be applied.

Diameter of pupil is measured by pupillometer. Pupil enlarges and shrinks according to luminous intensity and pupils of some people are larger than others on structural basis.  Treatment planning according to these measurements especially for these people is to prevent undesired cases such as light glow, image dissipation, night vision problems and halo.
